 After graduating with Honors from Culver Military Academy, Michael came to Bloomington in 1993 to pursue a degree at Indiana University. It was while at IU that he started to realize all that Bloomington and Southern Indiana had to offer. Having been bit by the travel bug at an early age, upon obtaining his degree from IU, he took time off to travel through the United States (31 States and over 11,000 driving miles) and Central Europe (Germany, Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic, and Slovakia). After seeing 100's of different places he would have loved to have lived, he decided to return to Bloomington, and has called it home ever since.
It didn't take long for his real estate career to take off. Being a college town, Michael realized the unique opportunities in investment real estate. He focused on building a property portfolio by purchasing and rehabilitating single family properties near the downtown area and Indiana University's campus. While investment property was where his real estate career began, it was residential real estate sales and commercial real estate that intrigued him and inspired him to get his real estate license.
His keen people skills, attention to detail, in depth knowledge of the real estate market, and determination to indulge his clients with first class service, have set him apart. His years of experience have earned the respect and recognition of clients and peers who appreciate his enthusiasm, professionalism, and sincere devotion to helping people translate their dreams into reality.
Michael is a privileged member of the Bloomington Board of REALTORS (Serving Monroe, Owen, and surrounding counties), Indiana Association of REALTORS, National Association of REALTORS, and utilizes the Metropolitan Indianapolis Board of REALTORS (MIBOR) Multiple Listing Service (MLS). These relationships guarantee his buyers immediate access to hundreds of the newest properties on the market each day while also enabling his sellers' listings exposure to a huge network of buyers from across the country.
